At the Integrative Pain Center of Arizona our professionals are specifically trained to the highest level to evaluate and treat sports injuries of all types, subacute spine and other musculoskeletal and neurological injuries, and chronic painful illnesses. They are expert at early intervention and prevention of chronic pain wherever possible.
We work with you to define the most accurate diagnosis, to create a treatment plan that integrates whatever resources may help, to empower you to ease pain and if possible to return to your lifestyle – and to help you stay that way! Some medical conditions (severe arthritis as an example) do not get completely better – in this case we work to help you reduce pain related disability and to help you achieve the highest possible Quality of Life.
Dr. Bennet E. Davis
Bennet E. Davis, M.D. is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. He did his undergraduate work at Stanford University and received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, then trained in Orthopedic Surgery and Anesthesiology at the University of New Mexico and University of California, Irvine. He did his fellowship year in Manchester, England after finishing residency training. Dr. Cela M. Archambault
Cela M. Archambault, Ph. D., is a psychologist of the Integrative Pain Center and former assistant professor of clinical anesthesiology and psychiatry of The University of Arizona College of Medicine. She is a clinical psychologist with a specialization in health psychology and pain management. She received her degree from The University of Houston, and was program manager of the Comprehensive Pain Management Programs at Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation in New Jersey where she received a commendation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Kathy J. Davis, RN, BSN, ANP-C
Kathy J. Davis, RN, BSN, ANP-C. is an Adult Nurse Practitioner – Certified. She received her Diploma in nursing from Columbia Hospital College of Nursing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in Tucson, Arizona. She earned her Master of Science/Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Arizona. She holds advanced certification in Pain Management from the America Nurses Credentialling Center.
