Tucson I-10 Ramps to close

closed I10 ramps

credit: Arizona Department of Transportation

This may change how you reach I.P.C.A.

Beginning in January 2007 the Arizona Department of Transportation will start to prepare to close off ramps in downtown Tucson. The purpose is to speed the widening of Interstate 10 to four lanes through this area. Even with the speed-up this project will take two and half years.

The ramps themselves are scheduled to close in June 2007.

So If you are coming to IPCA from some distance using the interstate You will need to pick an alternative ramp. From the North the Orange Grove Exit (Exit 250) will be the best choice. For directions using the Orange Grove Exit please click here.

If you are coming from the South using I-19 go East on I-10 toward El Paso, and then Exit on Kino Parkway (Exit 263).

Patients coming from the East should also use Exit 263 (Kino Parkway).
