At the Integrative Pain Center of Arizona our professionals are specifically trained to treat pain! They have devoted their practices to that end. We work to empower you to ease pain, reduce pain related disability, and achieve the highest possible "Quality of Life" through the creation of interdisciplinary partnerships in a caring environment where research and education blend with clinical practice. Pain is complex, so our professionals apply and study the interdisciplinary model of health care. They provide a thorough assessment of the you; and of the nature, cause and effects of your pain. Then they plan treatment in collaboration with the you and coordinate the plan in collaboration with other members of our treatment team and other treatment resources. At I.P.C.A. we work to restore control of health care to our patients and to place you in the role of "student," this helps you acquire the tools to make better health care decisions. We provide and research the most innovative techniques to treat pain, its effects, and other associated symptoms. |

Dr. Cela M. ArchambaultCela M. Archambault, Ph. D., is a psychologist of the Integrative Pain Center and former assistant professor of clinical anesthesiology and psychiatry of The University of Arizona College of Medicine. She is a clinical psychologist with a specialization in health psychology and pain management. She received her degree from The University of Houston, and was program manager of the Comprehensive Pain Management Programs at Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation in New Jersey where she received a commendation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. She provides evaluation and treatment services through the Pain Center. |

Dr. Bennet E. DavisBennet E. Davis, M.D. is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, trained in Orthopedic Surgery and Anesthesiology and practiced pain medicine at the University of California-Irvine. He is the former medical director of The University of Arizona Pain Management Center, and was an associate professor of clinical anesthesiology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. Dr. Davis is a member of the Arizona Cancer Center. He has special interests in pain associated with spinal conditions RSD and nerve injury. |

Dr. Mitchell R. HalterMitchell R. Halter, Ph.D., M.D. is a neurologist who is fellowship trained in anesthesiology interventional pain management. He received his Ph.D. in microbiology/immunology and his medical degree and advanced training at the University of Arizona's College of Medicine. He is a former member of the Arizona Health Sciences Center pharmacy and therapeutics committee and a member of the International Headache Society. Dr. Halter has specialized interest in pain associated with neurological conditions, spasticity and spinal disorders. |

Kathy J. Davis, RNKathy J. Davis, RN, BSN, received her Diploma in nursing from Columbia Hospital College of Nursing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in Tucson, Arizona. She has spent twenty years working in the acute care/hospital setting. For the last six years she has worked in the area of pain management. She has extensive training in working with patients that are being treated with advanced pain therapies such as spinal cord stimulators and intrathecal pumps. She provides patients with education in all areas of pain management. Kathy is the Program Coordinator at the Pain Center. |

Dr. E. Randolph Soo HooDr. Randolph (Randy) Soo Hoo received his medical degree from the University of Arizona and his Masters in Public Health from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Preventive Medicine. He is board certified in Occupational Medicine and Family practice, Certified Independent Medical Examiner by American Association of Independent Medical Review officers. He was was the Chief Medical Consultant for the last 10 years of his 19 years as a medical consultant for the Arizona Disability Determination Service Administration. During this time, SSA frequently consulted him regarding issues related to Functional Capacity Assessments in the disability adjudicative practice. Since leaving DDSA, Dr. Soo Hoo has established a Functional-Based Medicine practice and is performing Independent Medical Evaluations and SSA Consultative Evaluations. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Soo Hoo is the Associate Medical Director for a major transportation company and is the Functional Capacity Medical Review Officer for a global food manufacture and distribution company. Dr. Soo Hoo accepts appointment by referral only. |

Beverly Webber, FNP-CBeverly Webber, MS, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner at the Integrative Pain Center of Arizona. Nationally certified in Family Practice she has spent several years working with the hispanic community. Her Spanish language skills are advanced. She has spent the last two years in pain management. She received her BSN from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio, Masters from the University of California, San Francisco, and Nurse Practitioner Certificate is from Arizona State University. |
